Post-graduate year one pharmacy residency
We are a comprehensive health care network offering an integrated delivery model for patient care. Comprised of five hospitals, several physician and urgent care clinics, and a senior care facility, we serve an approximate population base of 275,000 spread over a geographic area that stretches from the Pacific Ocean to the Cascade Mountains.
Pharmacy services are equally comprehensive. In addition to the five inpatient pharmacies, we operate three retail pharmacies, a home infusion pharmacy, a pharmacist-run anticoagulation program and the PGY1 pharmacy residency program.

Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center is the largest hospital in our system, and is the flagship of the organization. Located in
Corvallis, Ore., Good Samaritan is licensed to operate 188 beds and is a Level II Trauma Center. With more than 22 medical specialties located on one campus, Good Samaritan can offer patients a very comprehensive level of care.
Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital is a fully accredited critical access hospital located in
Lebanon, Ore. Nestled in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, the hospital features a unique and nationally recognized healing garden constructed by donations from the community.
The PGY1 pharmacy residency offers residents a diverse selection of rotations and learning opportunities. Our setting allows a truly individualized program for residents completing our program. If you would like to be a part of our program, please fill out the application located below.
