SAGH Auxiliary Scholarship
Background
The Auxiliary at SAGH offers scholarships for those seeking higher or continuing education in the human medical field. Scholarships are awarded for tuition, books and supplies required by the program.
Eligibility
To be eligible, graduating high school students, college students and employed adults must fit the following criteria:
- Adult applicants must be current employees of Samaritan Health Services or another medical facility in Albany, Jefferson, Tangent, Halsey, Shedd, Brownsville, Scio or Crabtree;
- Graduating high school students must have a permanent residence in Albany, Jefferson, Tangent, Halsey, Shedd, Brownsville, Scio or Crabtree and must be a student in good standing;
- College students must be either enrolled now in an accredited university or college program, or plan to enroll in an accredited university or college program, and must have permanent residency in Albany, Jefferson, Tangent, Halsey, Shedd, Brownsville, Scio or Crabtree.
