Childbirth Prep/Lamaze

This four to six week long series of classes teaches expectant parents about relaxation and breathing techniques, the role of a labor companion, benefits and risks of medication, feeding, infant care and bonding. Participants will also receive a tour of the Maternity Department and have a chance to meet the delivery staff.  You can call the numbers below for more information:
