 Take time out of the holiday hustle and bustle to tackle stress head on! On Tuesday, Dec. 11, Samaritan Heart & Vascular Institute will host a seminar on stress reduction.

Nurse Practitioner Liz Monson will help you learn to successfully combat the harmful effects of stress through the holidays and beyond. Participants should wear comfortable clothing.
