Beneficial for new moms and veterans alike, this women-only class fosters camaraderie and solidarity through its interactive environment. Led by physical therapy teammates who are moms with young children themselves, this four-session class will teach you to best prepare your body for childbirth and postpartum recovery. Bring your questions and learn tips to carry you through delivery and beyond! Topics covered include:

  • Exercises to alleviate physical aches and pains during pregnancy
  • Exercises to strengthen core muscles used during childbirth
  • Techniques to keep good body mechanics
  • Tips to avoid plugged ducts and mastitis
  • Techniques for healthy recovery after childbirth
