Jean Trask moved to Wiley Creek in April 2011. She was born April 14, 1929 to Otis and Viola Wilkening. She has a twin brother, a sister and two additional brothers.

Growing up her family lived in Omaha, Neb.; Anchorage, Alaska, where she learned how to figure skate; and Enumclaw, Wash., where she graduated from high school.
