Learn to manage your chronic condition and live a full life at the free Living Well With Chronic Conditions class.
Hosted by Samaritan Health Services, this program is designed to introduce skills needed for day-to-day management of chronic conditions. The course helps individuals develop the tools necessary for living a healthy life while managing the symptoms associated with chronic conditions, focusing on self-care and coping strategies for dealing with frustration, fatigue, depression and pain. Participants receive a copy of the companion book “Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions.”
This six-week class will be held on Mondays, Jan. 28 to March 4, from 2 to 4:30 p.m.,
