Live well despite a chronic condition with this free class

Learn to manage your chronic health condition and live a full life at the free Living Well With Chronic Conditions class.

This six-week class will be held at Samaritan Internal at 3521 NW Samaritan Drive (across from Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center), beginning  Monday, Sept. 9, from 2 to 4:30 p.m. Advance registration is required. Class size is limited to 20 participants.

Hosted by Samaritan Health Services, Living Well With Chronic Conditions is a self-management program designed to introduce skills needed for day-to-day management of chronic conditions. 

This course is helps individuals develop the tools necessary for living a healthy life while managing the symptoms associated with chronic conditions. The workshop focuses on self-care and introduces coping strategies for dealing with frustration, fatigue, depression and pain. Participants receive a copy of the companion book Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions.
