Joshua Gustafson, CWP, PAPHS, NSCA-CPT, is a certified personal trainer, and will discuss proper exercise and options for burning maximum calories. He will also cover good general nutrition practices, including the basics on what to eat, when to eat it, and how to manage a proper calorie diet.
