Samaritan Health Services’ Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies seminars feature a variety of health topics, and are held monthly from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, Samaritan Albany General Hospital and Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital.
