Samaritan Pacific Sleep Lab’s A.W.A.K.E.
(Alert, Well, And Keeping Energetic) will host guest speaker Mark Reploeg, MD
, sleep medicine specialist from The Corvallis Clinic Sleep Medicine Department and medical director of the Samaritan Sleep Medicine Program.
Dr. Reploeg will present "Effective treatments for sleep disorders" on Wednesday, April 23, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the hospital's Education Conference Room. The event is free and open to the public.
The A.W.A.K.E. support group is for people with sleep apnea, their family and friends, and people wanting to learn more about sleep-related breathing disorders. The first part of meeting includes a presentation on sleep disorders-related topics and the second half of the meeting is dedicated to discussion topics about CPAP therapies.
