Take time out of the holiday hustle and bustle to address your stress head on! On Tuesday, Dec. 11,
Samaritan Heart & Vascular Institute will host an interactive workshop on acupressure for stress relief.
Nurse Practitioner Elizabeth Monson will teach participants a simple series of acupressure points that can alleviate symptoms of stress, insomnia, pain, and anxiety.
The workshop will focus on teaching participants a self-administered stress release acupressure protocol called SEVA. SEVA is a gentle and profoundly effective acupressure method for balancing and restoring a person’s natural state of well-being.
You’ll learn simple techniques to relieve stress through the holidays and beyond!
