The UpBeat for Life diabetes-cardiac support group will host a talk, Seasons of Change, on Oct. 27 from 2 to 3 p.m. at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.

Jenepher Woods, MSW, LCSW, from Calapooia Family Medicine will provide guidance on how to cope with changes in your health, develop coping skills and how to motivate yourself to change.

Good Sam is located at 3600 NW Samaritan Drive in Corvallis. Check in at the volunteer desk for directions to the appropriate conference room. The talk is free and open to the public.
