Dr. Robyn Dreibelbis, DO, has been appointed as the family practice residency program director for Samaritan Health Services (SHS). Dreibelbis will be instrumental in the continued development and management of the Corvallis-based family practice residency program, which recently welcomed two additional family practice residents.

"Dr. Dreibelbis brings exceptional skill and a real commitment to medical education that will foster an environment with great teamwork and camaraderie for the family practice program," said SHS Director of Medical Education Alissa Craft, DO, MBA.
“I have a real passion for teaching and am excited to be a part of this program as it turns out the newest generation of exceptional family practice physicians,” said Dreibelbis. “With the continued enhancement of this program, we are proactively addressing the shortage of primary care docs faced in Oregon and nationwide.”
Dreibelbis received a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from University of California, Santa Barbara, and a medical degree from Western University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pomona, Calif. She completed an internship and residency training at Eastmoreland Hospital in Portland. She is board certified in family medicine and maintains a private practice in McMinnville.
In addition to serving as the Family Practice Program Director, Dr. Dreibelbis will be supervising medical students and residents in the
Samaritan Family Medicine Resident Clinic.
In her free time, Dr. Dreibelbis enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, attending her sons’ sporting events and keeping physically active.
