Barbara Croney, the sponsored programs administrator for Samaritan Health Services’
Center for Health Research & Quality, has earned the credential of Certified Clinical Research Professional from the Society of Clinical Research Associates, a professional organization dedicated to the continuing education and development of clinical research professionals.
Recipients are certified for a three-year period and are expected to continue with their professional education. Certified Clinical Research Professional designation denotes an internationally accepted level of knowledge, education, and experience recognized by the medical research community.
Individuals granted the certification have met a series of standards set by the organization and must pass rigorous testing of the knowledge, skills and abilities required of a clinical research professional.
