Support group to host Brain Gym motivational speaker

Mar 12,2010
On occasion we have ants invading our house. Did you know they could be invading your brain too? These ants are called Automatic Negative Thoughts (ANT).

Learn more about these ants at the upcoming UpBeat for Life support group meeting. The group will host motivational speaker Robert M. Ficker, a Brain Gym instructor and consultant, on Tuesday, March 30, from 2 to 3 p.m. at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis.

Ficker will lightheartedly and skillfully take you on an illuminating journey.  He will show you how to make new habits easy by sharing powerful insights and simple techniques to improve your quality of life.  He’ll help you achieve your goals for improving your health, especially the ones that are the most difficult to conquer. Out of this interactive hour, you will take home valuable tools to improve brain function, bringing more clarity and ease to daily living through Brain Gym concepts.

Brain Gym is a method of applied neurophysiology, which offers unlimited possibilities for you to change your life for the better through simple movements, which improve your brain’s functions.

This is a free event. For more information, call (541) 768-6973.
