Maternity Connections
Maternity Connections is a support/education program specially developed to guide new moms toward making decisions that will enhance the health of both mom and baby during and after pregnancy. Through the service, nurses with experience in maternal/child nursing work side by side with individual moms to design personalized plans for the best and most pleasant care possible before, during, and after birth. Services, all of which are free, might include help with making doctor appointments, transportation or baby-sitting assistance, or tips for pre- and post-pregnancy care.
