InReach Services

Mission

Through coordinated and proactive service delivery, we offer access to health care for the medically underserved residents of Albany, Millersburg and Tangent.

Vision

Our dream is of an Albany-area alliance of energetic professionals, students, volunteers and interagency partners who collectively become the architect of creative health service options for the medically vulnerable.

Values

Connect to those with medical needs to health care providers; volunteers and students to valuable learning opportunities; and the generous with those in need.

Respect those with financial, social and cultural obstacles; those who want to make a difference through volunteering; and innovations in the delivery and focus of health care services.

Serve as a 'medical home' for families and individuals with barriers to health care; as a link to other resources in the communities; and the mid-Willamette Valley by improving the health and well-being of its residents.

Albany InReach Clinic serves adults and children who do not have health insurance. InReach is a safety-net clinic designed to help connect patients to providers and services.

Medical care is provided on Thursday evenings. Sign up begins about 5 p.m., with patients seen on a first come, first served basis. Children are seen first.

Care is provided at the Linn County Public Health building in the Courthouse Annex on 4th Ave. SW and Broadalbin St., across from the courthouse in downtown Albany.
