Clinical medical students
Samaritan Health Services (SHS) is pleased to welcome its first class of medical students from Western University of Health Sciences in 2007. As the largest health care provider in our region, we hope to offer you a great experience during your third year clerkship, and we are eager for you to become part of our patient care team.
Before your arrival, we ask that you complete the following:
1. Review and understand all policies
2. Review all safety information
3. Review computer training and usage policies
4. Submit the
electronic verification form stating that you have read and understand all documents
We also ask that you spend some time browsing our Web site, so that when you arrive you are familiar with the organization and its mission. You can also view maps of our facility locations.
Orientation will begin on June 25, 2007 at 8 a.m. in the Hewlett-Packard and Starker conference rooms on the campus of Good Samaritan Medical Center in Corvallis. The welcome letter that was mailed to your home has additional information on preparing for your clerkship.
