 Graduate Medical Education Program

GME Program Overview

With the official May 2008 AOA approval of the Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Psychiatry and Traditional Internship programs, we are looking forward to the inception of these programs in July 2009. Fellowships in Gastroenterology, Non-Invasive and Invasive Cardiology were also approved. Additional residency programs are being considered for development.

The didactic program is varied with Morning Report, Case Presentations, Board Review, Grand Rounds, Tumor Board and M & M. Attending physicians may also have formal "sit down" teaching sessions on their rotations which complement the bedside and lecture teaching.

Samaritan Health Services is working collaboratively to develop new programs and expand learning opportunities. We are looking forward to an exciting, dynamic program while embracing the teaching culture. Osteopathic principles and practices will be incorporated into the curriculum in each department.

Please select one of the programs below for more information.
