Diabetes & Nutrition Services

If you have been diagnosed with diabetes, pre-diabetes or are interested in learning more about healthy living, we can help you get on the right track.  

Our team includes nurses and dietitians with special training and certification in diabetes care. They will listen and provide guidance based on your needs and goals.

Our services

  • One-on-one counseling – diabetes and/or nutrition.
  • Foot clinic with services including toenail trimming and debridement, for people diagnosed with diabetes.
  • Metabolic testing.

Our classes

Due to COVID-19, many of our class schedules have changed and may now be offered virtually. Please call us for
up-to-date information and to register.

  • Diabetes Self-Management.
  • Diabetes Prevention.
  • Diabetes Support Group.
  • Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP).

Our Foot Clinic

Nerve damage, blood flow problems and infections can cause serious foot problems for some people with diabetes, which may result in amputations.

Good foot care is an essential part of diabetes management and prevention. Early detection and proper treatment are the best ways to minimize complications.

At our diabetic foot clinic, trained registered nurses offer the following services:

  • Nail trimming
  • Callus removal
  • Education for foot care
  • Footwear referral
