North Lincoln Hospital Foundation
20th Annual Charity Golf Scramble
Salishan Spa & Golf Resort
Sunday, September 20, 2015

We invite you to join us for the 20th Annual North Lincoln Hospital (NLH) Foundation Charity Golf Scramble at Salishan Spa & Golf Resort on September 20, 2015. Each year, the NLH Foundation sponsors a golf tournament to encourage golf enthusiasts to play for a cause while enjoying the camaraderie of the day’s events. Recognizing the necessity of ongoing support of specialized services in a child’s formative years, the money raised this year will benefit the Samaritan Early Learning Center.

Salishan’s course will captivate and challenge you with spectacular scenery of old growth timber and seaside bluffs lining a par 71 course, redesigned by Oregon golf legend and PGA Pro, Peter Jacobsen. Teams will compete for low-gross and low-net awards and golfers can test their individual skill level at several contests throughout the course including a challenging hole-in-one.

This tournament is an 18-hole scramble format. Each team member will contribute three drives. Mixed foursomes are welcome, although you don’t need a foursome to enter. If you would like us to put together a team for you, we will be glad to do that.

Green fees, golf cart, box lunch at registration and awards dinner following tournament play are all included in the $135 player entry fee. Guests of golfers are welcome to enjoy the awards dinner for a charge of $35.

Entry Fee: $135 per player
Registration and box lunch at 11:30 a.m.

By participating as a sponsor of the Golf Scramble your organization will benefit from extended media coverage within Lincoln County and the valley. In addition, you have the opportunity to support the children in north Lincoln County and increase the visibility of your business in a way that would be difficult to duplicate.
