Medical Students

Medical Students

We're pleased to be a clinical training site for third and fourth year medical students. We aim to provide medical students with extensive clinical rotation experiences which include unencumbered access to attending physicians, a diverse didactic curriculum and exposure to simulation training.

Rotations at Samaritan  Health Services are available in a wide variety of primary care and specialty areas. If you are interested in applying for a rotation, please visit our available rotations and rotation request pages to learn more about the process.

Samaritan Health Services is proud to be involved with medical student training in the following ways:

  • A core clinical site for third- and fourth-year osteopathic medical students from Western University, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific
  • A training site for allopathic medical students from Oregon Health & Science University needing to complete their rural health rotation
  • Provide audition rotation experiences to those students interested in our residency training programs
  • Provide elective rotation opportunities for fourthyear osteopathic medical students
