- Accept crisis calls
- Provide technical support for ProviderConnect and CIM provider portals
- Accept grievances and concerns

Our representatives can check eligibility and quote benefits, however, you may find our ProviderConnect provider portal faster and more convenient. As well, you can view your physical health claims and prior authorization status at this portal.
