  • Refer providers to additional resources
  • Provide technical support for our provider portal, Provider Connect — see also our Provider Connect Tutorial (PDF)
  • Accept grievances and concerns
  • Provide additional contact information for claims
Take advantage of your provider portal
Our representatives can check eligibility and quote benefits, however, you may find our Provider Connect portal may save you time and be more convenient. The portal also allows you to view your claims and check prior authorization status.

File claims electronically

Samaritan Health Plan Operations encourages you to file your claims electronically. By filing claims electronically, you are able to receive payments more quickly. We accept 837 and 835 claims through these vendors:
