Welcome to InterCommunity Health Network (IHN). IHN is a managed care plan that works with the Office of Medical Assistance Programs (OMAP) to provide health services to people enrolled in the Oregon Health Plan. When you sign up for the Oregon Health Plan, you choose a managed care plan, like IHN, in your area. Please take time to read the on-line member handbook and bookmark this page in case you need the information later.
