Member HandbookInterCommunity Health Network (IHN) was formed to manage health care for eligible Oregon Health Plan members living in Benton or Linn counties. Samaritan Albany General Hospital, Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital and most of the medical providers in both communities work together to provide quality services to IHN members.
