Interpreter Services
If you need a foreign language interpreter at your medical appointments, please contact InterCommunity Health Network’s Member Services Department at 1-800-757-5114 to make those arrangements. Please call the Member Services Department at least 24 hours before your appointment. Make sure to have the following information ready when you call:
- Date and time of appointment
- Name of the provider
- Name of the facility
- The complete address to the facility
- The complete phone number for the provider
