Whom to call

Questions? Need Help?

Our Member Services Department is available to help you use your InterCommunity Health Network health plan. Call the Member Services Department at 1-800-757-5114 or TTY 1-800-735-2900 to:

  • Choose a Primary Care Provider (PCP) for you and each covered member of your family
  • Let us know if you need services such as prescriptions supplies, or other necessary items, before you have time to see your PCP
  • Let us know if you lose your IHN Member Identification (ID) Card
  • Get answers to any questions you have after reading your packet materials
  • Arrange for an interpreter (to assist with a foreign language) to be with you at a medical appointment
  • Arrange for assistance with complex medical and/or special needs through our Exceptional Needs Care Coordinators (ENCC)
  • Address any complaints or concerns

Call 1-800-699-9075 or your caseworker at the Department of Human Services (DHS) if:

  • You move or have other changes in your status after filling out your enrollment form
  • Your address changes, or you change your address
  • You lose your OMAP Medical Care ID
  • You become pregnant
  • You have a new baby
  • You have no means of transportation for appointments (call at least 48 hours in advance, if possible.)
  • You have questions about copayments
  • You have questions about your premiums (call 1-800-922-7592)
