Mission and Vision Statement
InterCommunity Health Plans (IHP) provides management of high quality integrated health care services in an efficient, yet compassionate manner as a member-focused, provider sponsored organization with an emphasis on social and financial responsibility. We work with public and private health care interests in our community to coordinate a health care delivery system that effectively meets the needs of the individual members and the community as a whole.
IHP will continue to balance the integration of services and resources within the communities we serve, while maintaining our organizational focus. Our members will always be our first priority.
IHP will continually meet, exceed, and establish new benchmarks in quality community based healthcare.
IHP will grow and adapt to meet the needs of our community. We will pursue an integrated model that others will desire to follow and incorporates the full spectrum of insurance products.
