We also have a full-time OB/GYN triage nurse who is available to answer medical questions during business hours.
In addition to our physicians, Samaritan Obstetrics & Gynecology offers women the option of nurse-midwives for gynecological and obstetric care. Our four certified nurse-midwives are licensed practitioners educated in the two disciplines of nursing and midwifery. They are board certified by the American College of Nurse Midwives, recognized by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and licensed by the State of Oregon.
Women who see nurse-midwives are active participants in their personal health care and desire a personalized, family-centered approach to maternity care. Our nurse-midwives offer all the conveniences of delivering in a hospital with state-of-the-art care for you and your baby for your peace of mind. Anesthesia services are available through all of our providers.
