Jeremy Warner, DO


Personal Biography:

Dr. Warner earned a bachelor’s degree in neurobiology, physiology and behavior from the University of California, Davis, and a medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Sciences Center in Fort Worth, Texas. He completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Colorado Health Science Center in Denver.

Dr. Warner enjoys working closely with his patients and providing them with knowledge, encouragement and medical care to help them maximize their individual health.

Away from the office, Dr. Warner enjoys running, cycling, kayaking, backcountry skiing, backpacking, cooking and spending time with his family and friends.

Dr. Warner is a cardiology fellow with Samaritan Heart & Vascular Institute.
