Personal Biography:

Abby uses creative modalities in healing including: art, dream work and journaling. Throughout her more than 20 years in practice, she has integrated mindfulness and meditation as ways of deepening the work she does with clients, using body energy and breath awareness. She also brings to her therapy her experience as a parent and a parenting coach.
