Personal Biography:
Alexa La Faunce, MD, has joined Samaritan Coastal Clinic in Lincoln City. She practices internal medicine, offering primary care to adults.
Dr. La Faunce graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University. She earned a medical degree from Brown University School of Medicine. She completed an internal medicine/primary care residency at Oregon Health & Science University where she was a Golden Rose nominee for service excellence in patient care in 2010.
Dr. La Faunce has broad experience including urban health care for underserved populations, rural primary care and international experience gained in Ecuador, Mali and Ghana.
