Optometry degree: University of Houston, Houston, Texas
Externship: William Beaumont Army Hospital at Fort Bliss, Texas and Portland Veteran's Hospital in Portland, Ore.
Board certification: The treatment and management of ocular disease, eye disease and by the Casey Eye Institute to co-manage patients for refractive surgery, including LASIK.
