Dr. Coulter is a resident physician of Samaritan Family Medicine Resident Clinic.

She earned a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a medical degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine.

In her free time she enjoys baking and running.
