Carrie Colmenares, MD

Personal Biography:

Prior to coming to Albany, Dr. Colmenares worked at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and Arkansas Children’s Hospital in their Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Residency Program. She has a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of North Texas and a medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center. Dr. Colmenares is board certified in internal medicine and pediatrics.

Dr. Colmenares has an extensive volunteer history, working on many major projects including Katrina Hurricane Relief, Bering Omega Hospice House, AIDS Foundation and multiple children’s hospitals in Texas.

In her free time, Dr. Colmenares enjoys spending time with her husband and son, traveling, spending time outdoors and music.
