Personal Biography:

Dana was born and raised in California, but Oregon has been his home for the past 25 years. Dana is married and has three grandchildren. He enjoys spending time at home, going for walks and enjoying the beach.

Dana specializes in hand and upper extremity orthopedics, including post-surgical therapy for shoulder repairs and replacements. He also provides custom splinting as needed. He also provides physical capacity evaluations for employees seeking a return to work following injury, social security disability evaluation and ergonomic evaluation. Dana currently serves as the manager of Samaritan Physical Rehabilitation in Newport.

    Occupational therapy is an overall plan to help you achieve a maximum level of independent living. It helps you perform your day-to-day activities more comfortably and efficiently. Treatment may focus on adaptive strategies or on the use of equipment to help you maintain optimal safety and independence.
