Personal Biography:
Dr. Schneider, a board-certified general surgeon, has joined Samaritan Pacific Surgical Associates in Newport. Schneider comes to Oregon from the Billings Surgical Group and St. Vincent Healthcare in Billings, Montana, where he provided surgical care for patients for more than 20 years. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and has been active in teaching medical residents since 1996. Dr. Schneider and his wife Dorothea enjoy outdoor activities, photography and keeping up with their three adult children.
