Personal Biography:

James Ryan, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in total joint replacement surgery. His areas of interest and expertise include both primary and revision total hip and knee replacement, unicompartmental knee replacements, hip fractures and minimally invasive solutions to hip and knee replacements.

He is married to Michelle Ryan, MD, of Samaritan Rheumatology in Corvallis, Ore. Together they have two children and are delighted to call Corvallis their home.
