Personal Biography:
Dr. Phillips is active in his community by serving on the Hospice Board and volunteering at Community Outreach. He is married with two young sons. His likes to spend his spare time reading and tinkering with computers.
Dr. Phillips goal in patient care is to keep them as healthy as possible while also respecting their wishes. While not completely fluent, he speaks and comprehends Spanish and welcomes individuals whose first language is Spanish.
