Kara Smith, MPT, MDT

Personal Biography:

Kara was born and raised in a small town in southern Indiana. She has always been involved in various sports and enjoys staying active. As a triathlete, Kara spends a great deal of her time maintaining a strict exercise routine and volunteering as the assistant coach for the Oregon State University Triathlon Club. Kara also enjoys taking pictures of her young daughter, along with nature and sporting events.

Kara is a McKenzie certified therapist, specializing in the prevention and rehabilitation of neck and back disorders. She focuses on educating her patients on how to treat themselves and prevent future injury. She also works for Samaritan Home Health, treating those that are homebound.
