Kathy Chang, MD

Personal Biography:

Before coming to Samaritan Health Services, Dr. Chang provided care for clinic and hospital patients in Dixon, Illinois. She also served as the director of clinical services for the Engeye Health Clinic in Ddegeya, Uganda, from 2011 to 2013, providing on-site patient care, supervising care providers, implementing an electronic medical records system, coordinating community health workers and strengthening collaborations with various governmental and non-governmental partners.

As a family medicine physician, Chang provides care to patients of all ages.

She enjoys spending time with her husband, being outdoors, rock climbing, camping, gardening and spending time with her dogs.
