Personal Biography:
A native Oregonian and longtime mid-valley resident, Dr. Ouellette spends her spare time out of doors hiking, biking and is a curator of older horses. She also enjoys cooking, reading and is learning Spanish. She volunteers at InReach clinics and participates in fundraisers for breast cancer and multiple sclerosis.
