Personal Biography:

A native Oregonian, Libby was born and raised in Corvallis. Libby lives in Albany with her two children, Nick and Laura. When she isn't spending time with family, she enjoys camping and playing on a hand bell choir at her church.

Libby has worked as a physical therapist assistant in both orthopedic and hospital settings for 30 years. She has also been a licensed massage therapist for 15 years with focus on acute injury.

Massage Therapy
Massage therapy involves pressing, rubbing and otherwise manipulating muscles and soft tissues of the body, causing them to relax and lengthen and allowing pain-relieving oxygen and blood to flow to the affected area. Massage is considered effective for relieving any type of pain in the body's soft tissues, including back, neck and shoulder pain, headaches, bursitis and tendonitis.
Physical Therapy
Physical therapy is the treatment of disease or injury by physical means. It may utilize heat, cold, water, electricity, manual therapy and/or individualized exercise to bring about optimal physical function. With input from your primary care provider, our therapists will develop a personalized treatment plan to help improve your functional mobility.
