Personal Biography:

Lindy is an advanced registered nurse practitioner with 20 years of experience in primary care. She is certified in mind-body medicine by the Center for Mind-Body Medicine, and has additional training in functional medicine from the Institute for Functional Medicine. Lindy utilizes conventional therapies along with meditation, autogenetics and biofeedback techniques as well as nutritional therapy with a functional medicine approach. Lindy also has a special interest and extensive training in diabetes care.
