Personal Biography:
Mary grew up in central Illinois where she later received her bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from Northwestern University School of Medicine. She then entered the U.S. Navy, serving as a physical therapist stationed in San Diego, Calif., Japan and Cherry Point, N.C. She and her husband, Dave, moved to Salem in 1994 where Mary became part owner and director of PT Northwest until moving to the Oregon Coast to manage Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital’s Physical Rehabilitation Department.
Mary specializes in the rehabilitation of orthopedic injuries and conditions and has a specific interest in treating the needs of elderly patients. She is married and has two stepsons, John and Paul. She enjoys fitness walking, beachcombing, reading a good novel, spending time with family and friends, and fine dining.
