Nancy Nelson, MD

Personal Biography:

Dr. Nelson provides a full spectrum of primary care to children, from infancy to age 18. She has special interest in caring for adolescents and children with special needs.

Before joining Samaritan, she established the first pediatric practice at the Buffalo Clinic in Buffalo, Minnesota in 1990, and helped grow the practice to seven full-time providers. She also helped establish the pediatric department at Buffalo Hospital, as well as the first Level II specialty care nursery in Wright County, also at Buffalo Hospital. 

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, biking, hiking, gardening, quilting, reading and singing. For more information, call Samaritan Pediatrics at 541-768-4900.
