Nathan Smith, MPT, MDT

Personal Biography:

Nathan first came to Corvallis as an undergraduate at Oregon State University, where he competed for OSU's triathlon club, finishing the Hawaii Ironman World Championships six times. He is now very active in the Corvallis community, serving as a co-coach for the OSU Triathlon Club, serves as the chair for the Good Samaritan Challenge run/walk which raises funds for rehab patients in need of financial assistance to purchase needed equipment. Nathan is married, and his wife, Kara, is also a physical therapist.

Certified in the McKenzie Method, Nathan focuses on the mechanical diagnosis and treatment of the spine and extremeties. He specializes in the rehabilitation of sports injuries suffered by endurance athletes such as runners, cyclists and swimmers. He works with athletes across a wide-range of ages and abilities, providing custom orthotics, bike fitting, swim stroke analysis, running and walking gait analysis.
