Personal Biography:
Dr. Afzali earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon, and a medical degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. She completed residency training in pediatrics at Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.
In her free time, Dr. Afzali enjoys playing the piano and the flute. She is fluent in Farsi and Spanish.
