  • Family Medicine
Family medicine providers provide comprehensive health care for all members of the family. They may be physicians, nurse practitioners or physician assistants. They serve as a primary care provider for their patients.
  • Wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy
Providers trained in these therapies may use different treatment options for problem wounds that won’t heal. These providers also treat the underlying causes for these wounds. Wound treatments include deep-tissue removal and advanced skin substitutes, as well as hyperbaric oxygen therapy, which is the use of 100-percent oxygen breathed at high pressure while inside a chamber. This high level of oxygen stimulates quicker healing as it promotes new tissue growth.
